What a Employment Insurance

Employment insurance premium=total wage(monthly)×employment insurance rate

When the monthly income is 200,000yen

◆Individual share portion = 200,000yen × 0.4% = 800yen

◆Company burden = 200,000yen × 0.7% = 1,400yen
