- 1. Q：Where are you from MR.CAO and how long have you been in Japan?
- A：I came from Shanghai, China in 2004. It's my 13th year in Japan.
- 2. Q：What was the most difficult thing when you first came to Japan?
- A：The most difficult thing is the difficulties caused by the language obstacles. Being unconnected with people was very painful and lonely.
- 3. Q：How did you encounter MAX?
- A：I saw a recruitment ads on TOWNWORK and got to know MAX. At the beginning, I worked as a temporary staff member in MAX. I was dispatched to a rice making factory and worked 28hours per week. After 2years I was promoted as the division leader and received offer for regular employee of MAX. After graduating from the school, I joined the company and was assigned as person in charge of the rice center. In 2009 I was assigned to be team leader of No.1 sales department, and manager of NOGAWA office in 2012. Then in 2015, I was promoted to be the manager of No.1 sales division in Tokyo Headquarter (16 team members), till now.
- 4. Q：What kind of work do you do in MAX now?
- A：As a team leader, I'm not supposed to focus on my own work, but also care about my team members. To achieve good performances as a team and to be in between my superior and my subordinates are my missions in MAX. Besides that, sometimes I also need to be in between the customers and the workers in order to solve some problems.
- 5. Q：What is the most rewarding of this work to you?
- A：To contribute small happiness to foreign workers.
- 6. Q：How many staffs are working for MAX currently? Among them, how many are from China?
- A：Totally around 1,200 staffs. Among them, there are 700 people are Chinese.
- 7. Q：Appeal MAX to foreign people who are searching jobs in Japan.
